Simon has an exceptional track record with advisory, family office and private equity businesses, with a strong focus on value-add and opportunistic real estate, real estate equity and non-performing loans. His 30 year’s investment and asset management experience in the UK and European markets encompasses diverse sectors including offices, industrial, logistics, hotel, retail and student residential properties.

Simon was involved in the facilitation of more than £2 billion in transactions during his decade in private equity real estate, specialising in office re-positioning and occupational strategies. Whilst at HIG Capital, he played a pivotal role in raising over USD 700million for the first fund HIG Realty value-add/opportunistic fund for Europe. More recently, as a Director for Bain Capital Credit, he was responsible for commercial asset management across a €1.5 billion portfolio in Europe

Simon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Directors and the Urban Land Institute.
